How to build a solar panel. DIY Solar cell tabbing & solar panel testing I bought 60+ solar cells that I tab and solder. This is a great DIY project. Its not as hard as I thought to build a solar panel from single solar cells. This is a great way to save money and do your part to save energy. I hope you enjoy it.
